Incredible city view of Bologna with surrounding countryside. Important monuments are labeled and depicted in exquisite detail, including the leaning Torre Garisenda, still standing today. City walls and gates are presented in the foreground.

The map is adorned with three coat’s-of-arms and a floating title scroll.
